Even within a team, you'll typically find specialized coaches for various smaller groups, but they're not there to coach each individual member. Their role is to ensure their squad works in tandem with the collective goals of the team.

Now, let's draw a parallel with another concept you're probably familiar with:

personal training.

A personal trainer is there specifically for you. They build a strategy and plan based on your needs, your goals, and your unique situation. Then, they're by your side to help hold you accountable and keep you on track toward your personal fitness goals.
