This is my core service offering. I have restructured and reorganized multiple business with this strategy. What is included: • We develop a marketing strategy based on your personality type, industry and your goals • We review the marketing strategy findings in order to get a deeper understanding of you and your business goals • We review your products and services, marketing materials and sales strategy (this may require that you WeTransfer or mail samples of your materials) Then I put together a full rebrand and restructure plan, which includes: • Branding strategy • Sales and marketing strategy • Website and email campaign mockups and rebrand • Print and marketing materials strategy • PR campaign strategy • Restructure and re-organization strategy • 1-Year Implementation strategy/Action Plan, with mile markers • Suggestions on how to celebrate milestones Then, we will schedule a date and time to review the findings and plan. You will get a full copy of the findings and action plan. With the findings and action plan, you are free to change and implement the strategy as you see fit.
