Service Description
This is my premiere service. I have restructured and reorganized multiple business with this strategy. What is included: • I fly to your location • I spend 3-5 days meeting with your C-Suite, Employees, Vendors and Customers • We review products and services • We review sales and marketing • We review assets and management • We review branding and strategy • Then I leave • I will prepare a full report on findings, executive summery and any conclusions • I will prepare a full timeline for changes and implementation Then, we will schedule a date and time to review the findings and plan. You will get a full copy of the findings and action plan. With the findings and action plan, you are free to change and implement the strategy as you see fit. If you would like to have me help guide you and your team through the implementation, I have a 6 month minimum and 36-month maximum retainer for advisory services.
