Thank you for taking the time to sit with us and share your story. Can you share a little bit about you and your company?
I am Natalia Richardson. I am in love with the simple things.. like grounding in nature with my feet in the river, deep conversations, the smell of rain through the window and a genuine compliment. I will always choose experience and adventure over "things". I am passionate about guiding professional women lead from love. I own meteor transformation coaching. I help professional women lead with love. Together we go down the road of deep inner healing, ignite self-worth, and start to embody the woman the want to become. Resulting in attracting the clients, love and vision they want for their life.
A question so many people are interested in, is how you got started. Can you share a little bit about what you were doing before this, and what that moment was like for you when you decided to start this new journey?
I got started knowing I wanted to impact the world in a deeper way. The moment I decided to pivot and begin this new journey was terrifying but also felt incredible knowing it was in complete alignment with my gifts and purpose. I am able to give 1000's of women the exact guidance, tools and hold space for them the way I wish I would have myself on my own personal journey to success, self-love and freedom.
Let's take a little bit of a detour, and rewind the clock a little bit. What did you want to be as a kid? And how did that influence the person you are today?
I honestly don't remember what I wanted to be as a child. I don't recall being told I can achieve anything or hearing I am proud of you often, if at all by my parents. Regardless of what I happened that I do or don't remember I know every part of my journey was a gift to bring me to this moment. Right here, right now.
Have you fully let go of that childhood dream? And where do you see yourself going in the next ten years?
Impacting millions of women's lives and their future generations doing the healing and deep work that is transforming it all. I see my business continuing to expand and my recent retreats I have began to hold expanding in depth and capacity as well. I want to begin to donate a part of my revenue to helping start a fund or non profit to help women be able to begin their dreams as well.
Now, I have found that with successful people, there is always someone pivotal as either a mentor, parent, teacher, or someone that you look to for advise, that helped set you on this path. Could you share who that person was? And what impact that had on the person you are today?
I have had a few mentors and business coaches that did play a roll in helping me breakthrough my limiting beliefs and I am grateful to them for it. The biggest supporters to be honest have been my sister Crystal and my partner Thomas. Crystal has always supported me and my dreams, her belief in me is something I cherish. Thomas, he has been a mirror, a reflector to me to do a lot of my own deep healing, in doing so he also has held space for me to grow and do so. I know loving a fiery, spiritual woman as well as an entrepreneur takes a very special kind of man. I am grateful to have him in my life. Lastly my friend and channeler Stacey Schumer. She has been an incredible space holder, guide and support along my journey as well.
What was one take away that you learned from that person? And how did it translate into your business today?
Honestly, It was to continue to choose me. Which has allowed me to be vulnerable, have the hard conversations and be able to step into the capacity I have to heal and guide other women. Doing the work on myself I needed to attracted these amazing people into my life on a deeper level. That all translates into the work I do.
When we work with businesses, we focus a lot on their "Why?". What is your "Why"? What is the driver behind your company, and why you and your team wake up each day and give it your all?
My why,My deepest desire? To touch the souls of countless women, reigniting their innate power, guiding them to the realization of their inherent worthiness. For in our collective healing, we create a legacy - a cascade of healing that flows through generations. In doing so I am changing my own legacy as well.
Let's dive deeper into your products and services. You already gave an overview, but how do your products or services help your customers? And what makes them different from your competitors?
The way I coach is different. I am an intuitive coach, which is a gift I have. I combine that with spiritual life coaching and energetic healing. This combination facilitates a sacred space for deep healing and allows my guidance to come in and help professional women find alignment. We are transforming doing the inner work and combining that with manifesting their visions. This combination brings them to a place of attracting their dream clients, releasing anything that has been blocking them and living a life of authenticity.
Let's unpack that even further. Let's pick one aspect of your business. What makes it so unique? And how does it change you or your customer's experience?
The sacred space coaching. In this group modality, it allows women to be seen, heard and held which is a catalyst for powerful transformation. It allows women to come together and form life long friendships and partnerships.
Let's dive into your customer's journey a little bit. Can you share with us, how do your customers discover you and your brand? What are their next steps? And what is the experience you would like to see your customers go on, when working with you and your brand?

Once they find me they are able to book a free clarity call with me, I also have a free clarity guide I give to them. The clarity call helps me determine if we are a good fit and they are for my offering. If so, we go through a simple onboarding process and get them set on the trajectory to see change in the first 7 days. I want them to feel seen, ready to be vulnerable and powerful in the process of working with me and my brand.
Let's rave about your customers for a minute. Can you share a story about one of your clients or customers, that either touched your heart, or made an impact with you and your team?
This is a message a client of mine recently sent "I think what you are doing and the way you empower women and the way that you have reached me in a place in my life where I felt unreachable has been the most beautiful thing.
This was completely, utterly the best choice I think I've ever made for myself.” This deeply touched my heart. Every time a client shares how deeply I have changed their life, I tear up. She has made an impact in my life being her and allowing me to guide her in her change. I am honored to do what I do.
Everyone likes an inside scoop. What detail or secret about either you, or your company, is something most people might not know?
I love to hula hoop. It lights my soul on fire and it's so child like. I don't think many people know that. I love the child like side of myself.
Final thoughts. What feeling or benefits would you like your customers or clients to take away when working with you and your team?
The feeling... I love myself again! The benefit, that they are living a life in authenticity and from abundance. They are seeing they can attract the clients, love and life they have always wanted because they are worthy. They don't have to grind, chase, and conform who they are to achieve greatness.
