It s simple human fact...You don't know, what you don't know.

I get it. You have a good track record of making shit up on the fly. And that's been working for you for awhile.

Here's the thing. It really hasn't.

If your employee or kid, simply made some shit up, you'd be pissed. Not to mention, you don't really know the outcome. Which means you're just winging it.

Sometimes (and more often that you care to admit) the answer should be..."I don't know. Let's look into it."

This Zoom call is great for owners, managers and anyone in leadership, that needs to learn to say, "I don't know."

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS SESSION

In this session, each attendee will have the opportunity to share a little bit about their company, and a scenario they are currently thinking through.

Then, they will be asked a series of questions.

To which their answer will be, "I don't know."

That sounds stupid. 

But try it. In fact, try it tonight with a husband, wife, friend or relative...or better yet, with a kid.

See how it feels rolling off the tongue.

Saying, "I don't know is like a kick to the stomach". It's a blow to the ego, that most leaders are uncontiously deathly afraid of.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

The faster you learn to NOT have all of the answers, is that faster your team is able to step up and handle shit on their own.

The faster you learn to say three simple words, "I don't know."

The closer you will be to being in a place were you could go on that vacation you've been putting off. And maybe even setting the groundwork for that exit strategy you haven't even imagined.
